What's included: Your holiday home rental includes: accommodation and all facilities, including water and electricity, linen and towels (but NOT beach/pool towels), and use of the community pool in accordance with the bye laws. The price does not include the cost of cleaning and laundry on your departure as it is easier to pay this locally: guests are asked to leave €45 in the kitchen for the cleaner to collect. A mid-stay clean and linen change can be arranged for an additional €25. Obviously the price of Flights, Car Hire, or Holiday Insurance are not included in the price.

The Price is for the Apartment and NOT per person.

Terms and Conditions

You may arrive and depart on any day of the week, and stay for as long (or short) a time as you wish. Your price will be calculated on a pro rata basis for any part weeks. We find this gives guests maximum flexibility when arranging their well earned holiday, and allows them to take advantage of the best flight deals.

In addition to the above, you will be required to leave €45 on departure to cover local charges.
