a) Deposit: to confirm a booking, a non- refundable deposit of £100 is required, along with a completed
booking form. Upon clearance of your cheque or PayPal payment the booking will be confirmed. You must check the confirmation and final
invoice carefully and raise any queries within 10 days of the invoice date. No further reminder in respect of the final payment
will be sent.
b) Payment: The balance of the rental fee is due no later than 6 weeks prior to the commencement of the
rental period. This should be made payable to Mr. K Cook. We reserve the right to treat the booking as cancelled if the balance
is not received by the due date.
c) Cancellation: In the event that you cancel your booking for any reason whatsoever, the following
charges will apply; Up to 10 weeks to departure = Deposit only; Within 6 weeks of departure = 100% of full rental cost. In
the highly unlikely event that we cancel a full refund will be given.
d) Security Deposit: With the final invoice, you will be charged a refundable Security Deposit of £100. This
is held against loss or damage occasioned by the use of the property by the parties to this agreement. Subject to no claim
being due against this deposit, it will be refunded within 21 days of the conclusion of the rental period.
e) Rental period: The rental period of the property begins at 3pm on the day of arrival. The property
must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure, unless otherwise agreed.
f) Safety: Neither we nor our agents accept any responsibility whatsoever and howsoever caused for injury
or damage caused as a result of the use of the apartment or community facilities. Guests are requested to exercise due supervision
of children when in the vicinity of pools, balconies etc.
g) Pets and smoking: are NOT permitted inside the apartment.
h) Force Majeure: Neither we nor our agents will be liable for loss, injury or delay occasioned by any
of the following: strikes, riots, political unrest, hostilities, war or threat of war, terrorist activity, industrial disputes,
fire, flood, technical / weather problems with transport, aircraft grounding or delays, closure of airports or ports, weather
conditions or any other event beyond the control of ourselves or our agents.
i) Key Collection / Directions: Full directions and key collection instructions will be issued one
week prior to departure.
j) Air conditioning and Ceiling Fans are fitted for your comfort during the summer months; however please
do your bit for the environment and ensure that they are switched off whenever leaving the property. The same with the heaters
in the winter! Thanks.
k) Welcome packs are available by prior arrangement; please let us know if you would like something prepared for your arrival.
