The spacious terrace is fully furnished with a hardwood extendable table and 6
matching chairs that recline, with full length cushions available for extra comfort. There are two sun loungers
and a BBQ with a full set of BBQ tools.
There is plenty of room for sunbathing on the terrace which enjoys the full day sun, and the dining area is situated under a large timber pergola
for shade in the summer.
There are 3 external power points on a tiled storage area that are very useful when preparing food, an electric hot
plate is available to griddle food right there on the terrace.
The outside light supports al fresco dining, drinks and merriment late into the warm Spanish nights.
The views are fantastic which combined with the large terrace, the great facilities and the peaceful location; make this
one of the best places to be in Gran Alacant if not the Costa Blanca!

fantastic Communal pool
There is plenty
of room for fun, relaxation and sunbathing around the 2 large free form pools. One has
a gentle sloping shallow entrance for children, and there are ample shaded areas when required. A life guard is on duty
during pool opening hours

a childrens play area and paddle ball court adjacent to the pool
